This is a phase II study to evaluate the outpatient administration of Teclistamab or Talquetamab in Multiple Myeloma patients

This is a multicenter, randomized, open-label, Phase 3 study in participants with newly diagnosed multiple myeloma to evaluate the benefits of teclistamab in combination with lenalidomide and teclistamab alone versus lenalidomide alone as maintenance therapy after autologous stem cell transplant.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate how well JNJ-79635322 works when compared with an anti-B-cell maturation antigen (BCMA)xCD3 bispecific antibody.
