This is a Phase 1/2, multi-center, open-label study evaluating the safety and efficacy of rondecabtagene autoleucel (ronde-cel) also known as LYL314, a dual-targeting chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) targeting cluster of differentiation (CD)19 and CD20 in participants with aggressive large B-cell lymphoma.

This study will evaluate the safety, tolerability, and efficacy of Orca-T in participants undergoing reduced intensity or non-myeloablative allogeneic hematopoietic cell transplantation (alloHCT) for hematologic malignancies. Orca-T is an allogeneic stem cell and T-cell immunotherapy biologic manufactured for each patient (transplant recipient) from the mobilized peripheral blood of a specific, unique donor. It is composed of purified hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells (HSPCs), purified regulatory T cells (Tregs), and conventional T cells (Tcons).

The goal of this clinical study is to learn more about the safety and effectiveness of the study drugs, KITE-363 and KITE-753, in participants with relapsed and/or refractory B-cell lymphoma.

The goal of this clinical study is to compare the study drug KITE-753 versus axicabtagene ciloleucel (axi-cel) in adult participants with relapsed or refractory (r/r) large B-cell lymphoma (LBCL) after one prior line of therapy.

The primary objective of this study is to evaluate the efficacy of KITE-753 versus axicabtagene ciloleucel.
